Approved partners receive a unique tracked URL along with a concise factsheet about the course curriculum. The link works across all platforms — email newsletters, social posts, written articles, or direct messages. No minimum traffic requirement applies.
When someone follows your link and purchases a course, the referral is logged automatically. Attribution holds for 30 days from the first click, so a student can think it over without losing your credit. Partial payments and instalment plans count once the enrolment is confirmed.
Earnings are compiled at the end of each calendar month. Transfers are issued within 14 business days via e-transfer to a Canadian bank account. A monthly summary report is sent to your registered email so you can reconcile figures independently.

Organic onlyDomain offers a 7-day refund window to students. If a referred student requests a refund within that period, the associated commission is voided. Refund events are reported in the monthly summary alongside confirmed earnings.
7-day windowThe partnership is open-ended with no fixed expiry. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Commissions earned prior to termination are paid out on the regular schedule regardless of the end date.

No. There is no registration fee, monthly charge, or minimum performance requirement to maintain affiliate status. The programme is structured entirely around successful referrals.
Domain's courses are available to students across the province. Referrals from students located anywhere within the province are fully valid. Enrolments from outside the service region are assessed case by case and may not qualify for commission.
A monthly email report lists all attributed clicks, confirmed enrolments, pending commissions, and amounts paid. If you notice a discrepancy, you can raise it with the support team within 14 days of receiving the report.
Commission is always calculated on the actual price paid at the time of enrolment. Partners are notified of pricing changes at least 7 days in advance so promotional materials can be updated accordingly.
